What we collect. If you submit a newsletter or appointment form, we receive your name, phone, email, and the details you write. If you accept all cookies on the consent banner, the site loads web fonts (Google Fonts, US) and editorial photography (Unsplash, US); these third parties receive your IP address. We use localStorage to remember your theme and language choice — necessary, no consent required.

Lawful basis. Newsletter and appointment data: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Order processing: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)). Site essentials (theme, language): legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Processors. Form submissions are received and stored on our own server in Cyprus. They are not sent to any third-party form-processing service. Email is sent via standard providers.

Retention. Newsletter emails: removed after 24 months of inactivity or on unsubscribe. Appointment requests: removed 90 days after fulfillment or non-response. Order records: kept seven years for tax purposes.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction. Write to hello@labrocks.cy. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

DPO. LabRocks does not employ a designated data protection officer; data subject rights requests may be directed to the email above.

2 · Terms of sale

Trader. LabRocks Ltd., a private limited company in Nicosia, Cyprus. VAT number: TBC.

Pricing. Prices on product cards are quoted in EUR, exclusive of VAT. Cyprus VAT (19%) is added at checkout/order confirmation. The order confirmation states the total inclusive amount and the breakdown.

Payment. 30% deposit on order; balance on completion (before shipment). We invoice via standard EU payment processors. Orders shipping to jurisdictions where card payment is restricted (e.g. Russia) are quoted on bank transfer.

Delivery. 6 to 8 weeks from confirmed order. Insured courier, signature required, fully tracked. EU shipping included; outside the EU, customs duties are paid by the buyer.

Risk of loss. Title and risk transfer to the buyer on signed delivery.

Governing law. Laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia.

3 · Right of withdrawal

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. All LabRocks pieces are produced after the order is placed and are personalised to the buyer's specification (carat, piece, finger size where applicable). The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded.

This exclusion does not affect statutory rights for non-conforming goods. We repair or replace items damaged in transit free of charge within twelve months of delivery. If a piece arrives not as specified, write to us — we will make it right.

4 · Warranty

Lifetime metalwork guarantee. We warrant the metalwork (prongs, band, setting) of every LabRocks piece against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser wears it. Loose prongs, thinning bands, broken clasps from manufacturing fault are repaired free of charge at our bench.

Not covered. Wear from daily use (renewable by polishing), loss, impact damage, modification by another jeweler, surface scratches.

Diamond authenticity. Each diamond ships with an IGI report. Authenticity, weight, colour, clarity, and cut are warranted by IGI; LabRocks is not the warranting party for these characteristics.

Statutory rights. EU consumers retain all statutory remedies for non-conforming goods under Directive (EU) 2019/771; the lifetime guarantee is in addition to, not in place of, these rights.

5 · Substantiation of claims

Every material claim on this site is auditable.

• Lab-grown. Each diamond is grown in a controlled HPHT or CVD chamber and graded by IGI as lab-grown. The IGI report ships in the box.
• Recycled gold. 18kt gold from a certified post-consumer and post-industrial supplier. Supplier certificate available on request to hello@labrocks.cy.
• IGI certification. Independent gemological certification by the International Gemological Institute. The serial number on the report is engraved on the girdle of the stone.
• Lifetime care. Honoured by us, in writing, in every order confirmation. See section 4.

"Carbon neutral" is a claim we have decided not to make until it is independently audited. We are working on it.

6 · Disputes & ODR

If you have a complaint, write to hello@labrocks.cy. We aim to respond within five working days.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. The platform routes the complaint to a recognised dispute resolution body.
